shipping information is provided correctly at the time you order any
products from your souvenir and gift shop. We ask that you:
PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS before submitting any
order.
StatueofLiberty.net is not responsible for shipping charges for mistyped addresses or cancellations after the product has already shipped
from our location.
Orders placed Monday-Wednesday (EST) will be shipped the next business day.
All orders received Thursday-Sunday will be shipped on Monday or Tuesday.
We do not ship to APO or PO Box addresses.

You can obtain a refund for your order by sending it
back to the address on your original invoice within 10 days.
